We provide two different options for your shipment.

Orders below 90 kg will be send by parcel carrier (maximum 30 kg. pr. parcel)

All other orders will be sent on pallet(s) and the transportation can be temperature controlled or not (selected in check out).

For all shipment on pallets, we will charge you payment for the pallet(s). 

In MyCarletti you will on the order find a track and trace link for your shipment. You will also get an notification on email. 

In check out you will be provided with an expected leadtime for your shipment when you have selected the delivery country. Please note that this is only expected number of business days and different conditions can impact and extend the number of days.  

The shipping price will be calculated based on the amount of kg in your basket and will be displayed when you have selected your delivery country in check out.
